Introduction

The Local Fair Trade initiative (the "LFT Scheme") is a commitment by Crumbs to introduce and abide by a set of principles in the local food market place in order to restore a just and sustainable local food system. Farmers and producers who qualify for the LFT Scheme will be entitled to a premium price and to have their product demarcated with the LFT mark at the point of sale.
