Courier Delivery Information
Any produce order placed for delivery outside of our local delivery routes shall be despatched via a courier. We offer products from the following categories to be delivered via courier:
- Cheesemonger
- Butchery
- Store
We are unable to deliver Fruit & Vegetables, Bread or Milk via courier.
If you order cheese and other chilled produce from us it will arrive in a specially designed insulated box which is 100% recyclable. Ice packs will keep the produce chilled at the right temperature until approximately 10pm the day of delivery. Please unpack immediately and store in a cold fridge until ready to serve.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Wednesday will be dispatched the next day to be delivered to you 24 hours later. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday - Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, to arrive at your chosen address on Tuesday.
All cheese leaving Crumbs carries a 6 day shelf life from the date it is sent.
Courier and Packing Costs
Below are our delivery charges to different areas, including postage and packing + VAT for up to 25kg in weight. Please note that some orders under £25 include a surchage of £4.95 to cover the cost of packaging.
