High Weald Dairy is a family-run business near Haywards Heath, making some of Sussex’ best-known cheeses, including Duddleswell, Sussex Slipcote, Ashdown Foresters & Tremains’ Cheddar.
Sarah & Mark Hardy use the organic milk form the cows on the farm where the cheese is made and make both sheep & cow’s milk cheeses.
They have won many awards for their cheeses. We like to eat them with a jar of Ouse Valley Cheeseboard Chutney.
