Crumbs and We Love Local
In May 2009 Crumbs and We Love Local got together! It is a very exciting move for us and it is very much business as usual on the we-love-local website. Bob Lane, one of the original shareholders, has joined the team and is now packing and delivering food boxes from the Crumbs cabin. I can understand why the WLL customers love Bob, he has brought a lot of his enthusiasm for local food and customer service into Crumbs, which is fantastic. We have also had a month with Melissa Love who has spent a lot of time with our wonderful Matt Bunch who will be championing this new part of our business. Fresh Fish is returning to Crumbs on Saturdays starting in October 2009. Watch this space!
Crumbs and Horsham
The first Market Day Initiative began as a pilot in November 2008 and was a great success despite the weather. A success because the key stallholders, many of whom are represented at the Crumbs Produce Store, were very encouraged by the early feedback. So we now await the County Council and their decision whether to relaunch it this year - on the Friday around the bandstand. We hope they will vote in favour of it and contact us. Again watch this space.

The Crumbs of Sussex cheese counter is now online together with Bridge Food Oatcakes, Cocoa Loco chocolate buttons and Ouse Valley Food chutneys and onion marmalades. Delivered to your door for as low as £6.99 or £9.35 if you live in London. Also available to local residents is our Vegetable Box Delivery Service - we have given you a choice of 2 boxes or you can put your own together for a small picking fee of £3.99.
