Baked Pears with Stilton
1 tablespoon Cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon double cream
1 pear, peeled & cored
60g Stilton
20g raisins
Pre-heat the oven to 220C.
Mash the Stilton & combine with the raisins. Stuff the Stilton into the hole in the pear where the core was removed.
Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 mins or until the Stilton is melted.
Place the cranberry sauce & cream in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until combined and warmed through.
To serve, pour the sauce over the pear.
