Your mushrooms come from the Sussex Mushroom Company in Storrington. Five different varieties of mushroom are grown there, from small button mushrooms to the large flat open field mushrooms which are perfect for grilling and stuffing.
Both wild & cultivated mushrooms species grow well in the Sussex climate & can be grown commercially all year round. There is even an old recipe for Sussex mushroom pasties which can be found in the recipe section.
