The Relish in Spice Company

The Relish In Spice Co. is a small award winning company, based in the outskirts of Arundel in West Sussex, producing a high quality range of handmade ketchups, marinades, and condiments all year round.

Michelin Star Trained Chef Mark Strachan set up Relish In Spice in March 2007 to produce a range of very high standard products known for its quality rather than quantity and made with the best and as many local ingredients possible.

Relish in Spice products are handmade and contain no artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives. Most products are gluten free and all are fully traceable. All of their products are made to order in small batches to produce products of real character, quality and freshness and this accounts for a clean and refreshing taste.
